Technical Scrum Master

Arka Innovate is actively seeking a Technical Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile teams for a major client in the technology space. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile and Scrum practices, with a solid background in working with cloud and data center infrastructure teams in an Agile DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum teams and act as an Agile role model, promoting best practices across the organization.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to adopt and refine Agile methodologies.
• Drive and manage Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Stage Gate reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Technical Project Managers to ensure well-groomed product backlogs and effective sprint delivery.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, serving as Scrum of Scrums when necessary to coordinate across teams.
• Manage and maintain Jira boards, handle stories, tasks, and projects efficiently to support team workflow and progress tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and team velocity enhancement through actionable retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe Agile practices within teams.
• Support cloud and data center infrastructure teams in alignment with Agile DevOps models.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of total experience, with 7+ years working in Agile environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams, preferably in technical and infrastructure domains.
• Strong experience working with Cloud and Data Center Infrastructure teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and other Agile tools for backlog, sprint, and release management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent certification) required.
• Solid understanding and experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and risks in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, especially in infrastructure software development.
• Exposure to Agile transformations and leading teams through Agile maturity journeys.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile teams.
