We are seeking an experienced WMS Solution Consultant with strong expertise in WMS systems (especially Softeon), PL/SQL, and integration of advanced automation solutions like LocusAddverb, and Geekplus. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and configuring warehouse management solutions that align with client requirements and drive automation and process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business & Process Analysis: Analyze and document client business needs, warehouse processes, and workflows.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and robust architecture and solutions to meet client WMS requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • WMS Configuration: Configure WMS systems to enable process automation. Lead and mentor the team in driving configuration and integration activities.
  • Functional Integration: Oversee functional responsibility for integrating the WMS system with host systems, business systems, and control systems onsite.
  • Device Integration: Manage functional and configuration tasks related to warehouse device setup, including scanners, printers, sorters, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Go-Live & Support: Prepare for go-live, manage go-live activities, and provide post-production support to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams as well as third-party teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide functional support, troubleshooting production issues both during and post-implementation, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Testing Support: Lead testing activities during client engagements, including test setup, refining use cases, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ownership: Take full ownership of critical actions required to resolve issues and deliver key project milestones.

Requirements:

  • PL/SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and advanced querying skills.
  • WMS & Softeon Expertise: Extensive experience in WMS systems (9+ years) with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan or Softeon WMS (7+ years).
  • Automation Integration: Strong experience in integrating WMS solutions with automation tools like LocusAddverb, and Geekplus.
  • WMS Product Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of WMS products, including their data models and configuration capabilities.
  • Warehouse Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and interfacing with devices such as printers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
